How do you handle larger requests?
We utilize an agile approach to our work, dividing larger requests into smaller, manageable tasks that are assigned across the team. This strategy allows us to expedite project completion. You will receive regular updates, with a reasonable amount of deliverables provided every 48 to 72 hours until the project is finalized.
How much can we actually get done in one month?
The total output in a given timeframe is largely influenced by the level of detail in the requests submitted. For instance, if you require a website design and have already prepared a creative brief, mood board/style references, wireframes, and written copy, you can anticipate seeing UI progress in Figma promptly. Conversely, if these elements are not yet established, our team is ready to assist you in defining and/or creating them. However, please note that this may extend the timeline for achieving a polished final product.
Can I try your services before committing?
An effective workflow and adequate time for iterations are vital to the success of design projects. To fully experience our services—which encompass onboarding, workflow setup, feedback processes, and asset delivery—it generally takes about a month. Therefore, using our services for a shorter period can be counterproductive and may not accurately reflect our approach to work.

Depending on the subject, you may only need to meet with the project lead.
Will I have all the rights to the creative materials you design/develop?
Sure thing! We will execute a contract that ensures you retain all copyrights associated with the work produced.
